Steve Farmer is a leader
in the field of Parent Coaching. As a skilled
professional coach, he brings the power
of individual coaching to family living.
In our frequently over stressed and under
involved society, he empowers parents to
raise confident, self-reliant, and happy
children.
A father of two and a former middle school
teacher, Steve holds an undergraduate degree
from the University of Northern Colorado
with additional graduate studies at both
Virginia Commonwealth University, and the
University of Colorado. Educated in both
science and psychology, Steve is able to
apply his own experience, solid research
based information and great intuition to
the individual needs of today’s family
relationships.
An award winning graduate of the Coaching
Academy of North America, he is also
a member of the International
Association of Facilitators, and has
played an active role with local education
associations and various Parent Teacher
Organizations as both a teacher and parent.
He has devoted countless volunteer hours
as a leader for his local church, the Boy
Scouts of America, coach for various youth
athletic leagues and driven more than his
share of carpools for dance practices, music
recitals and school plays.
A devoted parent himself, Steve understands
the many demands and challenges facing today's
parent. He also knows that amidst the chaos,
parents sometimes need support in maintaining
both their sanity and a balanced life. That's
where parent coaching comes in. With the
power to transform lives, parent coaching
helps parents with the most important job
in the world, raising well-adjusted children
in a healthy home environment. With his
innate listening and problem-solving gifts,
Steve helps parents find solutions to their
parenting problems. Whether through one-on-one
coaching, workshops, courses or keynote
addresses, he helps parents to better develop
their parenting skills so that their parenting
is easier, more rewarding and less frustrating
