With more than 3 decades of experience in the business world, Steve holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Northern Colorado with additional graduate studies at both Virginia Commonwealth University, and the University of Colorado. Educated in science and psychology, Steve is able to apply his own experience, solid research based information and great intuition to the individual needs of today’s complex world.

An award winning graduate of the Coaching Academy of North America, he is also a member of the International Association of Facilitators, and has played an active role with local education associations and various Parent Teacher Organizations as both a teacher and parent. He has devoted countless volunteer hours as a leader for his local church, the Boy Scouts of America, coach for various youth athletic leagues and driven more than his share of carpools for dance practices, music recitals and school plays.

Throughout his years advising, coaching and mentoring leaders in some of Americas Fortune 100 companies he has been responsible for helping to create dramatic growth and personal change. He has helped them to develop new, more effective and efficient processes and procedures leading to greater profits. Steve succeeds because he works with small groups and individuals to establish personal vision and growth plans, mentors career changers and new managers, and works to resolve conflict within organizations and individuals.
