CITRUS-GINGER Chicken

1 ½ Tbsp. Low-sugar orange marmalade
1/8 tsp. grated lime rind
1 ½ Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 ½ tsp. grated fresh ginger
Vegetable cooking spray
4 (6 oz.) skinned chicken breast halves

Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowel. Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium – hot coals (350 Degrees – 400 degrees). Place chicken on rack; grill, covered 20 to 25 minutes or until done, turning and basting with marmalade mixture. Makes 4 servings
